Tejas Airodi

Tejas has spent over four years working in the non-profit space. He started his career in education as a Fellow at Teach for India during 2017 - 2019, where he taught literacy and math to elementary-grade children. Post his Fellowship, he worked as a Program Manager at Teach for India from 2019 - 2021.
Most recently, as a Post-graduate Consultant at Dalberg Advisors in 2022, he supported Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in consolidating their India gender strategy. Additionally, as a Research Intern at Central Square Foundation in 2022, he drafted a policy brief seeking the establishment of a separate state-based assessment cell in Telangana, India.
He believes that all students deserve an excellent education, and effective leadership across educational networks is key to realizing it. Tejas holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
