Sanya Sagar

Sanya began her career in education in 2012, teaching Grade 2 in an under-resourced school in Delhi through the Teach for India Fellowship. Since then, she has worked in curriculum development and teacher training for schools in Delhi, Bihar, and Jharkhand. In the past few years, she has been exploring ways to build more effective and long-lasting training and coaching experiences for government officials, school leaders, and teachers.

Most recently, she led the design for STiR Education’s Teacher Development Coordinator program in Delhi which runs in 1,024 schools. Sanya has a Bachelors in Science from Delhi University and a Masters in Education from Harvard University.
