Paula Royo

Paula has spent over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector in Argentina and Spain and brings wide-ranging experiences in communication, social media, recruitment, and community-building. 

Before joining GSL, she worked as a recruitment and communication manager at Empieza Por Educar and Enseñá Por Argentina, where she dedicated herself to building the organization's brand to position it as one of the most chosen job exits within the social and educational sector. She is passionate about storytelling and giving voice to anything involving social change, as well as building community among people who share the same mission.

Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (Argentina) and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university.
