Magdalena brings to the table over a decade of invaluable experience in the non-profit sector, where she has successfully fostered collaborations with both the public and private spheres. Notably, she spearheaded the launch of Generation in Chile and previously held the position of CEO at Enseña por Argentina (where she currently serves on the Advisory Board).
Magdalena's areas of expertise encompass leadership, gender studies, and education. Her extensive background extends to teaching and providing guidance to a diverse range of institutions, catering to individuals across different age groups, from children to young adults. Her academic journey includes in-depth research into gender policies in Latin America and strategies to support at-risk youth who disengage from formal education. Magdalena has hands-on experience in working with various groups, including young mothers, individuals entangled in legal processes, and women entrepreneurs.
Magdalena holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina). She is also a Teacher in Middle and Higher Education from Universidad Austral (Argentina), with a postgraduate degree in Management from Universidad del CEMA (Argentina), and a Master's degree in Education from Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina). She is also a certified coach.
