Dr. Gautam Anand

Gautam has more than eight years of experience conducting research in India and East Africa, with a focus on program evaluation, state capacity, and policy implementation of education, skill development, and livelihoods programs. He has also provided program management support to various central and state government bodies for the implementation of large-scale skill development and rural livelihood generation programs in India.

He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy at the Oregon State University, USA, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, USA, and a Master's degree in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India. He was the Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program Fellow (2015-2017) at the East-West Center, Hawaii, USA.
